i plan on updating this with more maps and for definitive edition eventually™ but i don't have any idea when that'll be; probably after upgrading my memory, whenever that is
You can download the Divinity 2: OS Data Engine. Which is under "Tools" in your library. Then you can open this and construct or change maps in an editor. There are tutorials on youtube.com about that, directly from the devs. Teaching you about making maps, changing maps and editing most of the things in Divinity. So that's my 5 cents to this topic^^
Just to make it a little easier for "RAT GOD" and so that everybody has the ability to change certain things.
Reapers coast is probably not included just because RC and it's "second maps" e.g. every map that you can get to in Reapers cost such as underground caves, cellars and similar stuff, would have to be implemented. That might take a long while^^
Also RC is big enough that it would probably take a seperate mod alone just for the coast and every sub-map on that coast or connected to the coast itself.
@Serj Targarien I do plan on uploading it to the Nexus soon enough, I just want to make a little more progress first. I have slow internet and it takes me roughly an hour to push updates to steam, while I'm regularly updating and adding to it I want to keep it to one upload.
I now it's a bit of more work to maintain two uploads, but it's really worth it so as not to left half of the game population behind. Normally, mods are uploaded to the nexus as one or more PAK files obtained by choosing "Export Locally" in the editor, as explained in this site: https://docs.larian.game/Working_with_projects
I hope this helps keep your mod avaliable to everyone. ^_^
