remoderation, fast singles still the same. flow and timings changed rest of the the map

@Frostbite I don't see changed singles. They are out of rhythm

all the fast singles were changed to triplets in groups of perfectly spaced 6's and the last group 4 so it is much easier to do the fast runs now. But crap are they fast now :-) I should have done 4's but the arc barrages are fun now if you know they are all 6's and not trying to guess when they end.

@Sharp.Nsk timings should be improved now, changed the fast singles during the drop
