Report a translation problem
Use that to download the zip file. Then extract the civ5 file and extra it again with zip 7. That should get you the contents. Place all the content within a folder if not already and add it to your MODS folder.
that worked for me, so hopefully it helps.
You should see the mod in the form a .civ5mod file, if so this means the auto civ 5 method failed to extract. (which it all too often does) In this case, open the .civ5mod file with an archiving program of your choosing (such as winrar or 7zip) and extract the contents to a NEW FOLDER within the MODS folder.
If there is no .civ5mod file, you can manually get it by entering this mod's link at {LINK REMOVED}https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/
