This model you mentioned might not work, since it has different skeleton. But you can rip out the same (fixed) model of the postal babe from Eternal Damanation addon.
The exact uc file is sMPlugin_GirlPlayer.uc, you need to copy this file to your package folder (YourMod/Classes) rename the file, and rename class name inside of the file.

I tried for the experience to rewrite the "GirlPlayer" built-in plugin so that the player model would be one of the default in-game postal babes (texture is Mp_Misc.Characters.Dancer_Body_1) but I couldn't get it to work, can you eventually tell me what I need to rewrite so that it works properly? Like the proper version of the .uc file? Thank you very much in advance

Actually it doesn't, but you can change a little bit for PL.
It can be easily achieved by changing UC files, and compiling a U package.

You need to start any game mode, but not "Workshop Game"!
