I am surprised this is still receiving updates!
Because now when he wake he stay as civilian..
If I disable only this mod, the issue disappears (my affiliation is not changed if I fall unconscious, and after I am resuscitated, enemies will perceive me)
Maybe both are not 100% compatible. That's sad; I like the idea of this mod very much.

It seems to work fine for me, let me know if there are any problems out there
None of the CBA settings combinations have been able to prevent this entirely.
There could be a window there for you to make this mod compatible with AntiStasi, otherwise, I'd love to just have the weapon dropping feature of this mod standalone!
Great mod. I'm currently writing a revive script for the vanilla medical system (for use with ACE no medical), where both players and the AI can be incapacitated, and both players and the AI can revive units. I'd like it to be compatible with this mod - I don't suppose you'd know how to make it so downed units which are reassigned as civilians (so the AI don't engage them) also contribute to a unit's chance to surrender?
I think I found what caused this. New version coming up...
