If its an error then you need to delete the GMA from your Garrysmod/garrysmod/addons folder and reinstall it, don't forget to enable the addon in the main menu. Otherwise all the materials and model files are packed in the GMA itself.

Yeah I asked them to fix the model like... Two months ago. I told them my class was gonne get removed from the server, and I did lose my custom class.... So. Yeah, good luck getting it fixed.
