Amazing work, I've noticed I'm using more and more of your mods without even realizing it!

For some reason my Sears is pretty busy. Parking is pretty full and commercial vehicles are coming and going quite a bit. Not causing a problem though. Nice mod.

I have a sears in my shopping center and I have about 20 civilian cars doing an infinate loop of going to sears, getting out of there car then getting back in then doing a loop around the block and doing the whole thing again forever, its starting to cause a circle of traffic with all the people doing this. Anyone else having this prob? add me on discord and I can screen share the issue if you want its Abyus#1605

2020 the Sears still looks almost brand new on the work shop, its really holding up well over time.

Found a little issue with this asset. The Sears logo had disappeared off the building. Im not sure if this is a leveling thing or whatever weird thing is going on. So for now I mounted the removavable prop sign.

does it come with empty shelves, parkinglots, and depressed employees?

The news just fell through... Sears is going out of business for real. All Canadian stores are getting closed.

@kyhickma there are plenty stores on the workshop that are no longer in business as well as those that never existed.

This is great, but in a few years we will have an aset of a store that does not exsist.

Love the assets man. Have you ever given any thought in doing an American chain resturant series? Like TGI Fridays, Chillis, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Golden Corral, ect. Surprisingly no one has done any to my knowledge and I think It's something thats needed in alot of cities.

My love for Sears is something I get ribbed for by my friends and family. I can't really explain why I love Sears, I just do. Probably old memories. It kinda bums me out about the current state they're in but regardless, thanks for making this!!

@KingLeno the one's here in Fayetteville, NC @ Cross Creek Mall and the Sears Outlet on Ireland Drive is also relatively busy. Fairly decent wait at the register lol.
