The animation seems to have him firing it in a pump action style after each shot but it's pretty buggy because it shoots faster than the animation can repeat. Plus it replaces the first person hands with the ones form insurgency and bugs out the sleeves.

Uh... but the Toz is a pump action shotgun and not an semi-automatic.
