Did a bit of testing and from what I can tell the above means that all hacking rewards that normally give a PCS are also disabled even though the option still exists. So if you hack a tower and it says the reward is a superior pcs and your hack is successful, you just get nothing. Same goes for skullmining where a reward can be a PCS unless it actually uses the word "extract".
Also some of the advent have the new extract PCS options while others don't, for instance priests do not but troopers, stun lancers, and shieldbearers do.
You can still buy a PCS from the black market if you see one offered there. Not sure about the covert op that can give a PCS as a reward, I usually don't consider those worth doing.

I've removed every mod from a clean playthrough except Grimy'sLoot and this ( Config too ) and it still happens. Any ideas ?
I'm interested in the Hacking PCS aspect of this mod, but I don't want to overhaul my game with Grimy's Loot Mod. Is it possible to implement the PCS without adding the extensive overhauls Mr. Grimy's mod brings to one's game?

This mod won’t need to be updated for TLP. The main mod might need it, but im not going to update that version, I’m going to upload a different version that requires the highlander. The current version breaks some mods that will be coming out soon, and that cannot be fixed without making it rely on the highlander. I’m not going to hust update the existing mod because some people hate the highlander and refuse to use it.
Is it safe to install this mod mid campaign pls?
Me neither, that's why I assumed it's to do with the mod, not saying it is.
I've started multiple campaigns, resubbed, cleared config folder, tried changing the mod loading order and troubleshoot with different mods. Nothing works for me. Saying that, I don't get the rewards was not entirely true, I only get the rewards selectively, 9/10 times I get intel rewards.
I'm just reading that you're supposed to get multiple PCS slots, I also only have one.
And I'm sure this is unrelated, but I also don't seem to get PCS for the Covert Action completion of building one. Just felt like mentioning this, since we're on the topic.
Try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod. I just checked, and the uploaded version has the correct XComGameCore.ini file that will set up the skullmining rewards properly. If that doesn't work, you've got a mod conflict.

The mod I was talking about actually changed in scope. We decided not to use the skulljack for it. I’ll see if I can make a quick mod later that decreases base chance to 60% then increases it by 1/3 of the wielder’s aim, or something.

With PCS Hacking figured out.
I use this mod [WotC] Richards Classes (3 Perks per level) [WiP] for this I do not have vanila clases. Because of what I can not use PCS Hacking and Psionic they have a red color in inventory and are not selected in equipment.
I think this PCS is eating in clases... Tell me, how can I fix this? thanks for the help
At least, not to my knowledge there’s not. Unless XComGame.X2AbilityToHitCalc_Skulljack exists and has an editable to hit value. In which case you could just change that.
