To play the map, you subscribe to it here on the workshop page, then on the Golf It main menu, you press 'Host Game', then where it says 'Map' the default selection is Grassland, just scroll to the left by one for 'Custom Map' and select the map you subscribed to there.

Very creative map. Bit confusin on a few holes- but overall an adventure!
