First off, what an awesome mod! I've been wanting to create a game that I used to play back in the day called Acrophobia. There is a description in the notebook, but I'm happy to clarify here:

Step 1) Make a duplicate copy of the punchcard. Step 2) Open the scripting tab and you will see a name and a list of questions. Step 3) Edit the name and the prompts listed there. The setup is formatted a certain way you will notice, with each prompt in quotes and a comma after each line. It is important you do not change the formatting, only the prompts. Step 4) When finished, place your card into the machine and type !clearmemory into GAME chat (not global chat). Step 5) Save your memory card to your saved items. Saving it AFTER !clearmemory is important. If you don't do this, you will likely get errors when the script tries to use the card.

That's all there is to it. If you do make a card, feel free to upload it to the workshop and link it here. I'll add it up in the description.
