to add to @Red Bear, idk if file numbers are universal, but if they are then HOI4 is 394360 and the mod is 11473223533. So it would all read out as Steam > steamapps > workshop > content > 394360 > 1147323533 and then the flags are in gfx > flags.

If the numbers are not universal, it shouldn't be too hard to find HOI4, and to find the mod you can sort by "date modified." If you installed the mod before the last update (Nov 12, 2022 @ 8:13pm), then the mod will be somewhere at or after that date and time. If you installed after that date, you can look up when you downloaded the mod in subscribed items and look for a file dated close to that.

You can just go into the workshop folders where the mod is installed and extract the flag texture files from there and replace the french flag within vanilla kaiserreich.

Steam->steamapps->workshop->content and then you'll find numbered files representing installed games with integrated workshop mods installed, and in those said folders you'll find more numbered folders which are the workshop mods themselves. It takes a little searching to find what you're looking for (especially if you have a lot of installed workshop mods) but it's very doable.

@Lamp This mod is only 2 MB large. Even a horrible internet connection would quickly download that. @DasRaetsel If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\1147323533 in your file browser, you should find this mod's raw files and be able to copy what I did to mod your own flags. All you do is replace image files in the GFX folder.

I'm not sure what Bulgaria flag you're talking about.

I'd like to revert to the older flags for bulgaria (the one with the crest), romania (with the legionary cross) and the kingdom of france (the tricolor version). I know base KR uses a similar flag for the latter, but I prefer the specific one you used in previous versions of the mod.
I'm fine if you don't want to revert those, as they're quite minor changes, but in that case could you post some source links so I can do it on my end ?

I'd suggest something simpler for syndie Germany. A red flag with the German black-red-gold flag in the upper right corner. Kind of like the French flag with this mod or one of the OTL OG Russian Soviet flags.

Possibly something inspired by the Confederation of the Rhine? Similar to how the Syndie Italian flag is inspired by the Roman Republic flag
