I understand what you mean。I have two plans
First、You might have installed a model related to it before. Try to transfer all the models in addons first and try again
Second、I make a model again. But there's no blue flame. I'll publish it after it's finished.

I got rid of a couple other things, and now it's working again. I have no idea what the trigger was.

I've tried deleting the Particle Support mod for some of my guns, and hope that that will fix it.

For whatever reason the blue flames from the molotov went back to their normal color. I'm gonna try resubscribing to it.

@QAQ 我也不清楚为什么你的MOD会无效。要不这样吧，你先看看你的ADDONS/WORKSHOP里面火瓶有没有下载好。然后再游戏主界面的MOD控制面板先禁用胆汁MOD，然后再进游戏看看有没有用。

@QAQ 你怕不是之前加了什么和火焰有关的颜色还是武器mod。我发表前已经找过了两三个人测试，确定是蓝色火焰没问题
