I still have to finish my new AT-AT first, and i have not much time recently ... :(
if you look it says its a world not a blueprint.
Yes i know it can drive in both directions via 2 cockpits, but say if it needs to turn left at a cross section in a city.

The Juggernaut is meant to be driven in both directions, so at least the turning circle is no isuue.
You saying that SW is just ment to look nice, and not make sence when you look closer at it, because its just a film, and overanalyzing it its a bit overkill.
Nah why would anyone on the internet ever do so :P .
And yeah the juggernaut/turbo tank, while it has the armor and firepower of an MBT, its way to big and expendsive, plus i bet you it has a massive turning circle, making it less usefull in urban combat.
I would say the Juggernaut is a pretty good Combat Vehicle, just a litte to big.

AT-TE is at best an IFV forced into the role of an MBT, it is way to bloddy slow, the gunner has no protectioon what so ever, even a pistol can knock him out, the driver only has glass and a role cage, and just ONE missile from a hailfire droid to its lower front causes the intire thing to explode and colapse.
And if by hover tank you mean the saber, that is more like an assult gun or tank destroyer.
TLDR: the republic cant figure out how to make an MBT.
Republic vehicles in general appears to have cut a few corners.
Frankly, far as i can tell, they dont actually have a vehicle suited for the role of a main battle tank.

Yes i did. But i like building bigger walkers and vehicles, currently i'm playing around with a new AT-AT. Maybe i will have a look on the smaller walker and ships some day ...

I will try with my school english:
As every Turret you need a horizontal orientated rotor, a vertical orientated rotor, a remote control block and some gyros. The remote control should be dircetly behind the barrel but in front of the rotor for good movability. To Balance the canon, so that it doesen't tilt down from its weight all the time, i put the gyros some blocks behind the "bearing" inside the walker. Gyros are quite heavy so they are perfect to balance out the barrel. Than you have to set up rotor limits so that it does not destroy itself when hitting the walker. The right torque setting makes it move more smooth and a little bit slower. The Rest is pretty much decoration. I hope that helps you.

I upload complex and fragile things as a world because i want to make sure, that everything works and the player really can enjoy them. Everytime i uploaded things like the walkers as blueprint, i got bombarded by people who had problems with pasting them in. Please just save it as a blueprint by yourself (Ctrl+B).
