Militia is allowed to Overwatch in the fog of war. (Anyone on eTeam_Resistance is allowed).

On reflection it's probably a conflict with one of the various enemy unit mods I've got installed. For example I think both missions had Sectoid Abductors and Advent Medics. Game attempts to clean-up a custom unit with a recurring minor script clash and tail-spins.

Not expecting to you to look into, I cannot be bothered to troubleshoot it myself :lol_emily:

Hope this info proves useful if anyone else experiences the same.

I'm not entirely sure what could do this behavior, nothing in this mod is saved upon game end. It prevents a unit from using Overwatch while concealed, with no data saved, by disallowing any unit that has not SCAMPERED yet (revealed) to use it. The only other thing I can imagine is another mod changing the exact same script. I'm stumped honestly where to even start looking.

2 missions, 2 identical crashes at the end of mission during World clean-up script (garbage collection routine) with this mod enabled (only change to my load order too).

I can provide the last 500 lines of the crash logs if you like. Otherwise no worries, I have a complex load order and will just play without this.

flyover for hidden enemies who r activated would be good too, u always know where the hidden enemy overwatch

Its not not enjoyable, its just underwhelming. But its free now so cant complain but i wouldnt pay for it.

Really ? I'm really enjoying the whole thing. Four campaigns in miniature; some nice nods back to this (Osai! Ramirez! Kelly!) and previous games; an amazing new soundtrack; new content blended into my next WotC campaign...

But hey, everyone's different.

This is a rehash pack. Theres almost no new content and the missions are repetitive. I wouldnt pay for this. Im not impressed personally. Even the missions are anachronic. Big timeline issues.

@ADVENT Avenger: Considering that patch only came for Windows...yeah, I wouldn't say it was a "real patch" either. I mean, either only support Windows or support everything equally...

Yeah, same. There's some talk over on Reddit about a new SteamID, although that's most probably going to be an OST rather than any new content, IMO.

I dont consider whatever they put out last time a real patch ;) XCOM2's support life is officially over now. I'll eat my words if more DLC comes out, but my bet is on XCOM3 being under development

Does this work in conjunction with your Future Complete/Blessings of the Elders packs? (Asking mostly because turrets became highly visible with the former, as they overwatch even when unactivated)

I have 100$ here that WOTC will never see a patch after this. XCOM 3 will come out first. There's also a 20% chance of ONE more DLC.

Fixes are always great! Thanks for making one of the fix I just know I'll need in the future(when I get WotC) since Firaxis doesn't fix their stuff, or just plain isn't allowed the time/resources to do so by 2K...either way, it just is so extremely unlikely to happen...

@syko: in fairness, this IS a fix. not a perk. stop talking like everything should be packed into the same mod. the entire point mods are put up separately is either WHEN THEY'RE FINISHED, or the modder giving them the option to pick it up or not

just because you like it that way doesn't mean it has to be that way. modders aren't putting out mods to be popular like you assume. they put out stuff as they finish it, because they put hard work and thought into it and they want to share it.

also, fuckwit, be aware there are actually at least five mods on the workshop that give Ever Vigilant to Aliens, Bots or ADVENT, not just AA's stuff. perhaps you've heard of Spectrum? or ABA? or LONG WAR 2?
