do you think you could make a mod where med bags and ammo bags regen over time? I just cant deal with the fact that I'm taking up a whole gear slot for something I can only use once, before I run out of ammo or get shot again.

Is there a way to increase range/radius of regen? Also, what about playing with frequency?

The All Purpose Bag has been added, it is exacly what Diveo suggested.
