when I decompiled the files the textures came out as an .smd file, I do not know how to convert smd to .mat so I can use it as a VRchat model any help would be appreciated

@o u t l a w Mostly to make a proper RUINER cosplay, but also to improve or replace the very crude avatar I made to use in VRChat so having the proper model and the proper masks to work with would be amazing

@Rude Arcade Machine well actually it depends where do you want to use it. Porting it over SFM would be a little bit tedious since source is slightly outdated engine and stuff like animated masks is kinda hard to make

Is the high-poly variant with the detailed robot arm even in the game files? Thought all the cutscenes were prerendered so I don't know why they would've bothered adding it

I've managed to get mine to work, however with a terrible framerate, but any chance you could send me the textures/materials? I can't seem to rip them correctly.

@^Pb| Slightly Skilled I have extracted cutscene variant aswell but I'm afraid that SFM would be unable to handle such a hipoly model

Are you interested in collabing for a higher poly variant, that's used in cutscenes? I have it ripped and all, but what I'll need is the cutscene textures and some UV:ing. I can fix the rest. Add me if you're up for it.
