Do smth w/ balance
On empty rooms, have it spawn enemies on the 1/5 chance.
"1. If the room was cleared while it was falling, every consumable in the room will be doubled (Jera Rune effect). If no consumables exist, a Soul Heart will spawn instead."
Are you fast enought, double reward. When you are too slow it hast a 30% chance to get crack the sky with no rewards. If you are too slow and don't get Crack the Sky, you get normal rewards for the room.
This could be a good balanced Item, which is not too OP in my opinion.
But in the end these are my thoughts, the item and the decisions belong to you.
The Item has the great effect, if you clear a room fast enough, you get the double reward.
On the other hand, are you too slow, you get a massive clear power from Crack the Sky.
But, why do you get a reward, when you fail your task?
Especially with Bosses you have a very easy game with the second effect.
The first option would be to reduce the chances of the crack the sky effect.
30%-50% would be enough if you consider that you have the chance in every room.
The other option would be to get a deal. You get the Crack the Sky effect, but because you were too slow you get zero rewards for the Room. No pickups etc.
If you Clear it > Diplopia/Jera Effect
If you don't clear it > No Rewards for the Room.
So it will not Clear the entire Game for you. Atm, it is too strong.
the challenge is no challenge with this effect. it is too easy

basically nerf it until in your eyes it is completely shit trash and people will love it. I say remove the duplication aspect entirely and create another item for it
It was harder to sit through your video then it would be to beat hush with this mod activated.
