@OBIPPO You can use my pack file to update yours if you like. It will save you some work as everything had to be redone from scratch to make sure it was clean.

Search for lod in the workshop and you should get 2 flavours.
I don't want to post a link to my own mod which is similar on someone else's modpage.
I recall someone earlier saying this conflicts with Sebidee's resize but not sure about the other one.

Also the problem i was having was something else (apologies) units animations seem to also have an LOD not just the models, so there is this weird transition in the formations as you move back and forward where units completely shift around from standing still while idle to moving around. also there are some weapons effects that completely disappear even with your mod the most notable example is the censer bearers:
