I think there is no need for this as the monarchy had 2 capitals (Vienna and Budapest) so it doesn't matter which one is marked in the game?

Are there any plans to update for WtT? Perhaps even making this available as a decision even when A/H is formed without the Hungarian focus tree?

This is a great, simple mod that does exactly what it says and in a completely historically plausible manner! I highly recommend this mod. While it's only a small mod that adds one thing, it's intended to be that way and it does it's goal perfectly!
