In this case I simply edited the existing texture using GIMP, changed saturation and hue at various places. To make texture from scratch you will probably need to use a free Blender or expencive professional software like Substance Painter or 3Ds Max

good mod actually i m tired of models with the basic color it looks to generic. diferent models and colors makes the game more inmersive
