Is it compatible with version 1.1 ?

I haven't gotten ship chunks to fall to figure out if it works as it should.

Can confirm this works for me. It took a little while to kick in on a new game.

I finally started getting purple chunks from falling ship debris events. Yey. Maybe they only apply to those and not default spawned ones?

If anyone finds out why only green chunks spawn, please let us know. I'm only getting default chunks too.

Does this still work? I have it installed but all I see are the default green chunks..

hi if you are finding this event very rare, there is a mod called Loot Boxes which has a pandoras box that can trigger extra events... (there is a chance it is a raid or something too, but twice it triggered the Wandering Minions event from the minions mod, and thats how i got started on breeding minions lol :)

same issue, i didn't saw any special chucks in my game, not even at start. I only have normal one.
It worked on my last game when 1.0 get released

I spent quite a while playing with this mod on but the chunks don't seem to spawn for me. I even have ship chunks scattered in the scenario editor. Are the new chunks meant to be rare or could there be a possible issue? (load order issue maybe)

Chiming in to agree that the textures are wonderful AND I love the variety in what you can get from ship chunk events, but the drops with gold/plasteel especially seem too strong.

agree with pinbuck below, the textures are great but I found the drops to be a little OP. Would be nice for an option to remove the extra drops, or to tone them down as the player sees fit.

I'm sure a lot of other people would love that too!
Instead of taking it a part out in the open and it drops 1-4 different items that your pawns will get... ONE AT A TIME, you can have it taken apart in the base. Saving lots of time.

Suggestion: Sort space ship chunks into the Chunks category - Would make sense to put hem there when the are minified.
Would also allow one to "move" them.
Could use them as both decor and defence structures.
Wait, do they allow pawns and such to pass over them but at reduced speed? (never tested this myself...)

Nope, the mod Minify Everything does not cover Space Ship Chunks, sadly. Would be great if it did... did talk to the creator about it, but i think that it just needs a tag or two and then it's possible. Should be easy enough... though i have yet to look into it.

I just want it for the fun it would provide me!
And that is what RimWorld (and modding) is all about - fun.

So, yes, would love to have this version, but with the added ability to minify chunks, for instance to take home to my base and take them apart within my storage...

But I guess that would be to much work...

I think there was a "retexture version" available too. Check the description. It might need a small amount of work.to make work, or it just works. Who knows.

Adding settings to this mod is not the best use of my time.
