Alternatively could settle one tier above -60%, like -90% or something
try this https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1986274587 , it cripples replenishment to a wooping 90%
Only issue is that with a change like this replenishment of garrisons needs to be reconsidered - ie. Bretonnia barely gets any replenishment in regions with Unsuitable climate - only at third level of Apocathery building in the province. Seems to be 2 or 3% per turn.
In 'Uninhabitable' zones, there is just no replenishment at all - which makes conquering like half the map with Bretonnia next to impossible due to entirely unprotected settlements.
but there will be a bug, the big units and lord wont heal and so wont be replaced by the AI when they are low hp
This is chance for plaer to have normal game for price what they must pay.
Should work without problems. But if replenishment in a special situation seems to be strange, please post here.
Agree with CVCynical, undead should keep their actual replenishment rate after a battle, if its possible, if its not anyway their raise the dead ability would really matter now ! :D

You could use some of the more valuable veterans mods that are out there in conjunction with this one.
