Is the map almost complete? Is it possible to play it to its full completion? I mean, only small details haven't been finalized, but is it playable?

@MandyCMoore - It is safe to build anywhere as there will be no landscape changes. Size is the same as "The Island"

Just discovered this map & really want to add it to our cluster, but I see you are possibly going to start development on it again. Would it be safe to build on? Also, can someone give me a rough size comparison between it & Ragnarok? Thanks!

Good news on Rex Island update! :)

Might have some good news for everyone that has asked about getting this Map back on track. I have located the "Rex Island" Dev Kit data that includes all info from the last update. I will (when I get time) be updating the Map again, I say again, when I get time :)

@Alidor - I can tell you it is available :) Somewhere in a cave on the edge of the redwood, if you can see the Volcano, you are on the right side of the redwood

@Alidor - Unfortunately can't give much info as the dev kit screwed up a lot of things and I am trying to recover stuff. Going on my memory.... It may be in the hidden cave (behind a waterfall) somewhere on Mount Babel :)

oh and another question: i'm playing the map singleplayer with extinction core and some other mods and suddenly all wild dinos on the map despawn without me using destroywilddinos. i used destroywilddinos but then only 2 dinos respawn on the whole map. dunno why that is, spawns worked perfectly fine before that happened

thats really cool. is there a list with the coords of the caves or do i have to find them my own?

@garstigerganter - Look in caves :) They are all available somewhere :)

found the artifacts at 80 50, are the other artifacts that aren't there somewhere on the map? or are they missing?

Myself and the lads have played this since October 2017 before mods were in and still rate it as a top map. Any idea when the new map will be available as we are all patiently hanging in here waiting and hoping it will be soon. Would like to have a look at the new map to bug report as before. Keep up the good work and thanks.

@toxtoc - No problem :). My next Map will make that game play easier. Keep an eye out here and I will advise everyone when it is ready for release. New Map is 4 times the size so is taking a little time to do. It is available but is hidden from public so just friends can have access. @toxtoc - In the water near the Blue OB also by harvesting dead Trilobite, Eurypterid, Ammonite, Tusoteuthis, Alpha Tusoteuthis and Alpha Mosasaur. They can also drop as rare loot when catching fish with a Fishing Rod.

@Eijmert - Map is safe, same size as "The Island" map. You can use this map for whatever you need. Unfortunately I can not update it further due to Dev Kit issues. I am creating a new map, 4 times bigger. So far it is turning out great. I will onform everyone here as soon as it is ready and playable

@fullmetalchocobo - Not at this stage, there are a few Mods that support Extinction so maybe see if you can use them instead. Due to issues from the Ark Dev Kit, I have lost alot of details used on this Map, so I am afraid if I update, everyone will lose and the Map will go backwards. I will not be updating until I can resolve what went wrong. I am currently working on another Map, it is taking up a large amount of my time. This Map "Rex Island" (like "The Island") is about 40km sq inc Ocean. My new Map is about 160km sq inc Ocean. I will alert everyone here when it is released. Thanks again

Any Extinction creatures planned for this map in the future?

Quite a nice map, I'm hoping it gets finished one day, oceans etc.
