My playthrough https://youtu.be/wfZ0izcvLVk
There is also a portal glitch at the start where you can't place a portal a certain way on the portalable wall next to the button to get the cube. Seen this when I tried to portal up there the first time only to find I had ended up back at the start.. was really confused and tripped out, thought it was some weird intentional thing lol.
But quite an interesting solution nonetheless. It does take a bit of execution skill, but as you said most people should be fine, and I think there's only so much you can do relying on just logic alone with zero challenge in the actual execution -- it crosses a lot of interesting solutions off the list that way, that's for sure.

It's mainly the mono-portal that prevents duplicating "Amber" with the in-game editor.
The moment I outlined in the spoiler text though was just such a satisfying conclusion to the puzzle that I felt super compelled in the moment to shower praise on it. This was really different stuff!
I was actually still thinking about how the cubes get into the final position while I was suspended in the funnel, and it hit me just about when I started to drop, so catching that cube in mid-air brought me a moment of sheer gaming bliss.
But right after that I got to the exit safely with both cubes. A big Thumbs up!
