@El Pepe :u you can get the VPK of the mod from the "workshop" folder and drop it in the "addons" folder, you can find it as 1162037088.vpk (the number is the addon ID)

well, I honestly haven't seen any voice changing addons, you could try searching, but as a long option you could do it yourself, sadly I can't help in that :(

it should work on the go, it worked on my end since I uploaded it, but if it doesn't work you could try and move the vpk of the addon to the addons folder in the game
