@Smile Time you can use a Sequencer like you use for fireworks displays. Each and every piece that has any animation like fire, water jets lights anything that can be turned on and off or be triggered at all can be tied to those Sequencer box's and delays as well as play time can be set for each item tied to the box as well.

This is going in my FAVORITES!!! I LOVE this!!! So creepy! How did you trigger the scenery/props without a ride track? I'm having a hard time linking a lightning strike with the lightning impact. You did such a fantastic job on this!
