I have found raindrops from someone who called: SHYHiZZLE Plays | YouTube
He made two very cool wallpapers which called Raindrops at Night.
This weather option looks amazing, these raindrops are so realistic, please have a look at his work.
The original code is from:

When I have some time, I would like to implement this code in wallpaper engine and use it with your Porsche – this should be fantastic!

@8Bar: Unzip the folder in \Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects

It contains all the files you need. Next click the Editor in Wallpaper Engine.

Download the project files from this link. Open it in the Wallpaper Engine editor, and delete refractiverain from the left side list.
