Problem has been fixed and extensively tested. The patch should now be loading properly and working.

Hmm, it seems that RimWorld can't find any usable data from my mod file no matter what the file contains, that's very strange. I've triple checked there aren't any syntax errors in the file and everything appears to be in order.. I've even tried straight up overwriting the AI Persona Core def instead of patching and it still can't seem to read the file. This may take some time to figure out.

Hmm, that's strange. Are you sure it was from the core and not another cause? Did you make sure to load this patch after EPOE in your load order? I'll double check in dev mode that the patch is applying properly.

Colonists are still having mental breaks from the cores.
