I wish I had the source code, cause that would enabled me to actually kept the mods alive :(

There is one thing very common here with modding: many, many modders have harddrive crashes and lose all files. I wonder, if the modding development software causes harddrive crashes as that cause is really so wide-spread here. In this case, I will think twice to install that modding software on my computer.

As you can see, it's discontinued. This is sadly due to 2 reasons...
1. I've lost all the files in a harddrive crash ( I can't retrieve the org. files from steam )
2. I've stopped modding.

If I could, I would love to give the files out for anyone to continue them, but sadly, as all files were lost in the crash, there is nothing I could do! I am truly sorry mate!

If I put a vanilla metal foundation into the slot, it multiplies it, too?
And if I put an Akushima foundation into the slot, also multiplicating?

All my gear is in Norway, and atm, I'm in USA, so I will fix this as soon as I'm back in Norway (end of jan)

It is fairly detailed written in his bug report discussion if you want to read about it, I can't get myself to tell everyone about this. I have given the creator messages about the issue, and hopefully he can fix it ( I have the same issue on one of my other mods, so I removed the Element :D )

Element is under considoration... but .. as long as people are playing with S+ and have their Replicator, it's no need .. as the free Element glitch is still there!
But even without S+ .. Element is supposed to be hard to get .. not tedious... as most other resources ... hence the resource plot!!
But we will see...

At least you have a plan in mind! :) Iook forward to more info when you have it. I play with one other person, and we play across 4 maps so far, so things like this take the big grind out of the game and allow us to have fun exploring, hunting, and building bases and such. Thanks for making this mod man!!!

sort of .. I need to make a creafting resource for wach item, so it doesn't get pulled... I have designed this on a different kind of blueprint so either I have to make a brand new plot .. or I have to make "magic crop" for each item... :D

I understand that but is there some way to add the same kind functionality as the vanilla crop plot. You put the seed(in the case of your mod, resource) in and that is what it replicates untill you destroy the current plant(Resource to be replicated) to plant something else. If you would have to create new items(something like a seed) in order to add this functionality you could always do something sci-fi-ish like you have to make a replicator formula/blueprint. To make the replicator formula/blueprint you would need X amount of resource you want to replicate and X amount of something else(could be another item you add to the mod like, quantium foam) to make the replicator formula/blueprint. If the replicator plot has power and a formula/blueprint it starts making that resource. Just a thought...

Hey there Sgt. Morrigahn I would suggest talking to the creator of this mod. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1161147973 it works with modded items. You should be able to tell it to look for the base item type so that it will copy any item based on that item type. Been a while since I messed with the dev kit but that should point you in the right direction. Hope you get it working cause I really wanna spotlight it. Good luck!

I have to look into that... for now, ARK has a set of paint that is in the game, I am not sure how I would go ahead and add new dyes and still keep the mod clean and stackable :D

Hmmmm, another question:on our server, we could use a mod that gives us many additional paint dyes. Can you develop a mod that adds maybe 100 dyes (or any user-set amount) where in the GAME.INI the players or admins can specify for each dye the name and exact color?
Example:
[MyOwnDyes]
AmountDyes = 100
MyDye001 = AA0000,"Bright Red""
MyDye002 = 00AA00, "Bright Green"
(etc.)

problem is if you pull all the resources out, the plot doesn't know what to make... hence why it has to have one of the resources in...

Would there be any way to make the plots not reset to default(no resources being made) once you take all of the resources out. I use Automated Ark and it has these nifty little OCD vaults that will auto pull from selected chests/crafters and onces it takes all the resources out of a plot it stops producting.

It will only work with the items listed, as these are vanilla items. I need create every item, and allow them into the plot, so I can't add external items/modded items from other mods unless I have their files.. Unless there is a way to do so by coding it in through the graph or something ( I don't know how to do this yet, but I can try to figure it out :D )

what about overhauls mods like ark eternal items or Extinction core , Pugnacia , Dino Overhaul X aswell as other mods like building items like for example steampunk mod and other mods like it aswell as the godzillark mod etc etc. also would you happen to have the engram override? so i can edit it i do not know its class name so it would be a pain.

and btw, there is a small issue with the Fuel Cell, as it look for the wrong feces, this is changing in the next version, as I wasn't aware that it's different on Dedicated Servers compared to when I test this in the Dev Kit

Anyway you can make this work with mods that change resources? For example resource mods. Tried to use the mod cause I wanted to spotlight it however I could not get it to work at all and I am pretty sure it is because of other mods changing resources.
