Report a translation problem
- very inconsistent objects with story (e.g. tablets, modern tools etc. in a supposedly WW2 bunker)
- full of typos and overall bad English
- there are many places and inserted models (the rusty plane wrecks for example) that cause you to get stuck and either get damaged after some time and get free or you get stuck forever
- there is an earthquake every 2 minutes and the character goes hyperventilating and heartbeating like an idiot every single time
- no flashlight and intentionally very dark environment. Very cheap way to "make the player scared" (not working, it's only annoying)
- it's basically a keycard finder game. Every 1 to 2 minute you look for a keycard, open a door with it and bump into a door that needs a keycard to open. Really? In WW2 bunkers everything was locked by keycards btw? Every 10 meters?
I've just played for around half-an-hour and i've made it onto the second monster or what sounds like the second monsters moan and I was terrified while playing. Even when I started (well not at the very start) I was even terrified! Aspecially when you encounter with the first monster and when you (spoiler alert) grab the keycard and then he chases you down the hall, now this is what I call a good map!
By the way I highly suggest this
Didn't need any hints but it took me a few minutes to figure out how to pass the second door, the underwater part and the service station.
Not gonna spoil, but some monster encounters seemed to require doing something that I don't remember having to do in the main campaign. There are a few spelling mistakes across the different memos though.
My face throughout the game 0_0
Akers like screamer, made me bounce, because I played at night.
I like it.
Make another one.
I am stuck just looking for the switch in the hangar, and in the end
trying to figure out where to insert the fuses in server room.
Very creative level by the way. Moving forward doing the same things is unque level design /s
Map easy to follow
Unique spinoff
See where you're going with it and like it
Very confusing
Story is vague (Nothing is explained and no ways this is left for "interpretation")
Some objects are easy to get caught on (and killed on)
Very just "Cut n dry heres the yellow brick road kiddo"
Keep trying, its not bad at all its just...dull...for lack of a better term
Oh, a non-commercial mod made for a small community of players is using a companys logo as a base for a heavily edited title? What horrible criminals! Call The Sun and Daily Mail; this must be illegal!
HELP
Warning: This is not a personal attack on the author, this is merely a critique of his work.
Pros:
- Really great detail being put into every part of the mod
- Lighing is on point, increased by the removal of the flashlight
- Good use of the monster
- Great use of the unused props from SOMA, especially the plane
- No plot except for the description, the monster is not explained at all and comes out of no where
- Certain puzzles were not explain well enough and made little sense even when I solved them
- Some interactable areas would not be removed even when they should, breaking the immersion a bit
- The ending wasen't very satisfying, it just showed the outside and faded to black
- There is levels promised in the screenshots that do not end up in the mod. Very disappointed
Overall, this is a 6/10, with a point taken away for false advertising. While the story and gameplay were a little lacking it made up with some really nice lighting and detailing.
