For some reason this makes me think of WH40K. It's weird, because conceptually it would be more Orky, but the skin just screams grimdark god-emperor.

I'm curious how legendary weapon models are even made, considering most are not just visually distinctive, but physically as well.

Hey, I'd be perfectly fine with this being a legendary skin. Perhaps the backstory for it could tie into RAID somehow - maybe Wolfgang went back to his usual thieving ways after World War II and this was the gun that was found on him when he was finally gunned down?

In a way, yes. However, i'm perfectly fine with it being a rare or a an epic. I never actually tried my hardest to create a legendary tier skin.

Looks like the most cynical attempt at making a 'legendary' skin possible (since Overkill's MO for selecting legendary skins has usually been just to pick something that's black and gold). Still looks cool though.

@Rick I decided not to for several reasons:
1) The "relic" is the gun itself, the main focus. Let's say the engravings were made by someone during the war, why should modern attachments have engravings? The theme i was going for supports this decision.

2) It's very easy to go overboard with details, this time around i went with the minimum. And it's not because i was lazy, but because i took previous criticism into account.

3) You won't actually see those details, or, at least, won't be able to clearly see them, you'll just know they're there.

I don't use an MP40. i don't think I've ever even bought an MP40, but with this skin I might just have to.

Gold and black may be done to death, but the cops are gonna be too, once they see this beauteous skin.
