It's been a few years since I took the screenshots so I'm not sure, but I think it's the armor textures from the aMidianBorn Book of Silence mod on nexus.

I so agry with Telluri, a separate Thalmor Hood would be... Soooooooo !!AWSOME!!
Please please please make such a mod!(and i dont want to be piky, but.. an armor rating would be really cool! if you havent already) Thanks and Please consider.
