It is found near the Lady Stone, on a grave atop the huge stone jetting out over the water. Doesn't seem like it's improvable - a huge disadvantage to an otherwise great-looking outfit.

yes but I don't remember the Ids I used, you will have to manually search for them in the CK .

I'm sorry but Nexus isn't a paysite, I've used it since Oblivion and never paid one red cent to download a mod. Sure there's the premium paid option to remove the adds but the most it ever REQUIRES you to do to download certain mods is make a standard user account with the option to go premium if you choose to.

Nexus is a pay site, sorry I'll support you the author but not one of those sites. Why don't you break it up into 5 or more parts for download so those on steam can get it without paying.
