Hey, I hope this update will fulfill your hopes, as I added a new Color set on ASA skin, this one doesn't have metal scraps on it, as it bug my eye too now. I'll maybe remove it from the orginal skin too soon if I find it really more pleasant without it ! Thanks for your kind words, have fun ! :D

personally my only gripe with this skin is the small shards of metal on the sashe they stick out quite a lot to me and look odd. Otherwise it looks quite fantastic very nice work i have already downloaded it

Nope ! any tool to edit picture will do the work ;). You can find the sprites of your heroes in ...\steam\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\heroes\...
Spine is only required when you want to create a new skeleton for your heroe/monster.

Skull looks much better yes! Nice work. Quick question do you still need Spine for even small edits like color swaps?

Yeah I know it feel quite strange even for me. I just wanted to try to give her a full mask this time ( did a helmet without face first time and then an half mask for warring antiquarian skin ) and i'm not fully happy with what it look like. I'm not an artist so i'm poorly trying things and hopefully i'll maybe become a bit better one day ! that's why I did the unmasked version cause i knew that it wont please to everyone.

A great looking skin all over, aside from the mask. It doesn't have that ten pound lineart and bold color feel of the art in DD.
