Preferrably through my mod group, clogging up mod threads like this is undesireable. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/groups/SinsSinfulCK2Mods

Thank you, for the third time :)

I will ask you if any more questions arise. Tell me if you want me to ask them somewhere else, since this mod comment section probably isn't meant for questions relating to all your mods.

If it's labelled "For A Game of Thrones" it already has a dependency in the file. If not then it needs one to work.
Pyro 23 Oct, 2017 @ 5:57am
Thanks again. So for your mods that do not say to add a dependency, what should I do?
SinStar87 (He/Him)  [author] 23 Oct, 2017 @ 5:56am
Yep
Pyro 23 Oct, 2017 @ 5:55am
So it is exactly how you typed it?

dependencies = { "A Game of Thrones" }
Pyro 23 Oct, 2017 @ 5:53am
thank you

Well I don't have artwork for artifacts, and not sure if artifacts would work for them dueling system as it is.

You use the "", it is used for more than one word phrases in the code
Pyro 23 Oct, 2017 @ 5:04am
Also, for this line in most of your GoT compatible mods:

To use with conversion mods, like A Game of Thrones Mod, you need to add a dependency, use notepad to open sinocide.mod in the mods folder and add a dependencies line, E.G. ***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod

AGOT example:
dependencies = { "A Game of Thrones" }

Do I include the " " around A Game of Thrones, or is it just to show how any conversion mod can be put there?

For example, your mod for Game of Thrones "Sin's Personal Armor" could make use of it, instead of having traits it could be a personal artifact in the treasury.

What do you mean? I design my mods to be as self contained as possible so most should only need updates when I have stuff to add to them(or paradox breaks what code does and I have to figure a way around it).
Pyro 23 Oct, 2017 @ 4:54am
Sin, do you/have you considered updating some of your older mods? I've seen a lot of them have not been updated for a while, although they could make excellent use of the personal treasury system introduced in the Monks and Mystics update.

Thanks!

@CHROM

There were more pros then cons when you look at it in real life just with the Romans when it comes to the actual battles. Promblems really are is the military was nothing but politicalize and anyone who had the money could have their own army which was a problmem that was always around just the Romans.
The real cons are cost to have them will be high paying for gear, supplies, training and organizing them will be a bitch and that's not counting the time to raise them and lastly the manpower is going to be smaller to pick out the best of the best which know is hard to come by. However on the upside with pros you don't have to do anything else after all of that is done and you can just declear war and they are fully ready to go, and in the long run they be able save you more money.

That does look like an interesting mod JL.

Could also be a way to feel like your dominion develops and evolves over time (phasing out peasant armies for a dedicated, professional military, with both pros and cons), especially with requirements such as military organizational tech minimums, imperial administration, or similar.

Sounds fun.

@SinStar87

I'm not sure to be honest goy, the mod was no longer able to work since I found it.

@CHROM Hold on goy.

The Mod name was "Legion_Mod"

I always wanted to try to have a standing Army like those Roman goys.

Chrom 17 Oct, 2017 @ 7:07am
Sounds like he could mean....larger, cheaper retinues? Or no diplomatic restricts from raised (personal?) troops?...No diplomatic malus for vassal raised levys?

Maybe custom, *Raise tribal army* style, per-county decision to raise a force of payed, mixed infantry? That one would be some work.
Yearly, non-overconvoluted check to remove and adjust forces and all.

@Jewiish Lawyyer
So many interpretations. Could you link us to the old mod, or forward the files?

Anyhoo, thanks for the traits sin, top man as allways.
I mean, havent tested them yet, but the assumption is natural by now.
SinStar87 (He/Him)  [author] 17 Oct, 2017 @ 1:40am
What's the mod supposed to do exactly?
Dooming Feels 17 Oct, 2017 @ 12:39am
Oy can you help a Rabbi out? There use to be a mod having standing Army but now it no longer works these days (My fucking wife brother that Smuck) I'm willing to pay top penny for a mod like that can you do so?
