There's a guy here asking for a mod that makes the camera follow his guy statically, with no smoothing. Letting him control those three variables (to set them very high) would solve that problem.
https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/116114-looking-for-mod-that-makes-the-camera-not-floaty/
I can't see both left and right with 4:3 Monitor without switching to 1280x720 :(
I was wondering if this mod can assist me on that.
1> only things(trees and such) close by load when not in overhead.
and
2> the waves of the ocean in the base world only half load... and those further away do not.
I have all DLC installed.
I am really just trying to get rid of the clouds, and have a more "flat" view when zoomed in and overhead.
the overhead view is awesome... but it also has the "waves don't or only part load" thing going on and it's rather distracting...
VERY COOL MOD though... I bet I have settings wrong and it's just me. or it's a Hamlet thing.
So with that said, I can update the mod to give you config options to tweak the minimum and maximum angles to give you a feel of variable zoom again, but it will never be all that great unless you use a smaller max view distance, close to the default of 50.
