Report a translation problem
I'll do some testing to try to figure out what may've gone wrong.
Are there any errors in the console when you load into the map, or equip the weapon?

If you use it as a Valve Biped Model, the playermodel may try to wear the guns like a hula skirt. Also, it affects the crouch animation as others see it (the normal crouch will appear as just hunching over slightly, like NPCs when they enter "combat mode"), so sneaking around with this weapon is difficult.
So you can use it in single player with little issue but playing with your friends may be awkward. Also, there's a non-zero chance that instead of a machinegun hula skirt, you'll end up with a MG Peen.
