either give us an item right off for us to break down and enchant the "gloves" with unarmed damage as we see fit (leveling with out enchanting stat) or give all these "gloves" a base enchantment of say 25-50
since most fighting with the fists is really fast pased anyway (having to get up close and stay there or aim your power strikes) most wont notice if the blade on the end of your arm goes through the enemies body, mainly because theyll be looking forward to the next hit
but that about sums that idea up and my main reason for having the crafting setup would be because if you added a new item to the smithing menu for each set of gloves and each weapon type.. well thatd be a WHOLE lot of items
craft the items as a base misc item (such as chakrams) however in this form they are unusable
then we take that misc item and combine it with another item being a set of gloves, use it as an armourers bench upgrade and when that material is used it creates the unarmed gloves combined with your meshed in weapon, and the weapon and the gloves will be one
