So the picture is actually not how you would use it, right? I mean, the "no middle" bit on the left should be inverted?

Driving on the middle lane is not allowed, except for Police cars or other emergency vehicles.
Use this road as mid-section between asymetric roads pointing to opposite directions.

what do you mean with no middle? as far i can see on your picture, there is 3 lanes
