I edited it in the Asset Editor without markers and found it to work.
for example, take a look at a vanilla building in the Asset Editor.
I've been playing CSL since "After Dark DLC" and have been working without markers ever since.

By the way, your "Midtown Police Station" is amazing! :D

Why put a parking marker on the parking decal? Parked vehicles may overlap.
Vanilla parking decals work on their own.
Your assets are great, but they all have this problem.

Yes, they do all have the same pop-up rate.... The rate is reduced with more assets. No, your are correct. this Influences Lesure Commercial and Trourism or income to the city.

It seems this does not influence rensidential and industry.

This is because the game places it... subscribe to other like itmes and it will be more even.... a known game thing....

Spawns almost automatically on 4x4 squares, therefore appearing waaaay to often.
