Look at wookiepedia, every shoretrooper was a sgt, an officer was signalfied as having a blue chest piece, not much is known about the squad leader however due to its signal appearance in the film we can take that it could of

there were all yellow troops, squad leaders with a blue stripe on their chest and shoulders and captain with blue chest, wasn't there?

but there wasnt. shoretroopers in lore was sgts. the full blue was officer and the squad leader was a commander
