yea that's not supposed to happen. I don't know if i'll ever get it fixed, since i don't have the map on this computer and i'm not really into map making right now :/

in the second room, the one with the light bridges, i place some portals to get the second cube ( not the companion one) and right after i take it in the position i need to finish the chamber she says that and restarts the chamber :/

ehi dude, every time i solve the second chamber she just says "you only failed" then restarts the room. is it supposed to happen or is it a bug?

When you go in the goo you don't die, you have to dive deep into it for it to work.
other than that none so far.

Sorry i haven't been able to fix the map due to not being home :( I'll do it as soon as i can (prob next week)

Le Tasty, I've found a few bugs that might need fixing.

1: The player doen't start at the elevator.
2: At the start of the map the doors won't open.

I will keep looking for bugs if you want me to.
