Is it fine that one of my friends can port this to Gmod as a ragdoll?

Yes, he just ported the crocodile to SFM, he just used a program (wich i use too) for open the .vpk files, then take the model and texture and port it to sfm! why you din't try to fix the leg with a program like Blender or 3Dmax?
