The metal however is a much brighter metal, almost Silver-like.

That's what my quote is refering too, nostalgia just makes everything better ^^

I'm dying to get 800 kills with the Kar, because the veteran wood skin reminds me so much of the Kar98 in COD 1, hahahaha

I found myself enjoying using the STG more last night, it's funny how a skin makes you enjoy a gun more. I'm a DoD mod and 1.3 hardcore fan, so anything that reminds me of the old days is a winner!

I also had a skin for DOD, back when I downloaded skins from fpsbanana, that changed the color to a more lighter grey :D

Just tried it out, and will do some more testing later ;)

Seems perfect to me in its current form.

It's got this silver-ish finish which looks absolutely great <3
