When I used Army Cap, the units are un-affected so I can spam them in 1 army.

Basically, they have no cap even though your units has a cap.

For some strange reason, I only have 1 recruitment slot after 15 to 20+ turns as Eataine.

I was gonna suggest that aswell! some small tweaks for units like gogopher said but stats are pretty balanced I would say! Good job man =)

for sfo: most of ur new units (all but handmaiden) are missing sfo resistances...sfo gives all elven units magic, missle, and physical resistance (varies by unit)...all elite units (such as handmaidens) have only one type of resistence: ward save...and this is usually fairly high 20-40% iirc depending on unit...further the many elven (though not all) spear units have charge defense all vs just large...all elite units are immune to psychology...and elite units have mastery not prowess

overall u came pretty close for not playing sfo

updated off my new mod with just tweaks to unit stats. slight increase to hp, let me know if this is better. SOF not recuritable in campaign. If you do have them in ure save it should be fine as they have be disabled via building not faction, shadow warriors are still included. As I dont play SFO u need to tell me if things are off. I also dont have alot of time so updates are slow. if u dont have queen and the crone it is alright the ai will just use the handmaidens against u. as its based on the building. The t bug should be solved with this update as it was an issue in the base mod which has been sorted. Happy gaming.

@Joonesy well shit that issue has jumped, yes it is due to the update, and i cant remember how I fixed it. Ill have a look later this week as dont have time now. I will also update it to the handmaiden version I think as the hp is off and weapons of most units.

The sword infintry have no animation(running, fighting, lying on the ground). Thus they can't kill anything(i think, 0 kill every fight). Is this related with recent update?

Very well done mod and thanks for the hard work. But may I suggest removing Sisters of Averlorn just for this submod because SFO already have them and having two units with the same name requiring different building chain is... a little weird.

here are some examples! Im comparing units with what's closer to them. but for example: Gate guard is on 8640 hp in sfo while the shadow warriors are 5880. Spearman are 10800 and white lions 9840 while both averlorn sisters (sword and spear) are 8640. About the sisters its maybe okay cus maybe for you they are a glass canon unit wich make sense to me aswell.
But the shadow warriors seem to be rly low hp from my point of view. Thank you for your time! models look amazing =)

And please update this as soon as you are able... In my turn 100+ dark elf campaign, the high elf AI is spamming spear maidens, and I can't uninstall the mod without breaking my savegame. Thanks.

Hi, I think the spear maidens are too OP. I just pitted them against an unit of phoenix guards in a 1v1, and the maidens broke the phoenix guards with only half health lost. They also broke a group of executioners (who are meant to be the very elite anti infantry) with only half health lost. Rn the spear maidens are basically anti-everything, and they cost less than pheonix guards and executioners. I suggest nerfing their health and weapon strength by around 30%, nerfing their armor to around 20 or so, greatly nerfing their melee defense (rn they have 40 something base and that is way too much).

the reason for this is that high elvs already have their standard spearmen and phoenix guard as elite "infantry main" unit, but with the above changes it would keep the spear maidens more as a flanking/punisher unit, especially against tied down large targets, due to high mobility and glass cannon stats

the sisters i would personally simply dnerf flat in ranged dmg, as they even outdps waywatchers by a fair margin

@ETfoundgun right now, ai army composes of mostly spear maidens and the sisters with only a few flavour units like artillery or a dragon in between (atleast in my games).

i think the spear maidens should prolly get a nerf on ward save, as of right now its 20% while they still have 50 armor, which is alot compared to asrai wardancers who only have 15 armor.

because of this they are fairly tanky with the stated ~90ish weapon strength and decent ap, on a unit with 80 models, therefore i would lower the weapon strength to prolly around ~ 60 - 70 and reduce their ward save as stated, but keeping them fairly mobile with a higher than average movement speed (compared to more heavily armored high elv units) and maybe strider if they dont have it already

@Daverin2112 and @kugelblitz777 as I dont have really any spare time to play test nor do I play SFO could you specifically state to what values you want to see the ladies, I cant do much with decrease the unit as the balance is very different in SFO and you guys are playing it. So state how many ladies at max unit settings, weapon str and the other stats. Again this mod is for u guys so make it yours. Cheers.

units in this mod, espacially spears, with almost a 100 weapon strength with a large unit, are way to overtuned

Hey guys, I love the mod idea, and most of the units look inline with SFO balance... but the Spearmaiden seems a bit overtuned. She has a whopping 88 damage, which is 20 something mroe than the phoenix guard and 30 more than the swordmaster, while also having a 20% ward save that is better resistance than the phoenix guard gets. She is woefully lacking in health compared to the PG, but in general her stats just seem way too good for where her tier and cost suggest. Again, the other units seem fairly inline, so is this maybe something on my end? Could it just be a difference from when this mod was last updated and where SFO balance has since gone?

@Ranvork Vartec which dark elf mod was that? It is most likly the weapons have the same name and one mod will over ride the other as I was not creative with my name edit. should be a simple fix.

@Snuggles the Sword maidens where removed during an update due to the SFO team suggesting they are unlore friendly.

I like it - though for some reason I don't see and can not recruit the Sword maidens. Would a recent SFO update (beta) or T4 settlements affect that at all? All the other units are there and working.

@ETfoundgun the situation I had is fixed. Not sure what the issue was. But I disable a unit mod I had with the dark elves.
