I fell down a hole and kept falling into it faster and faster. It's pretty neat though, too bad you're not updating it anymore.

Epic! Too bad you aren't updating though, I would love to see the game with a two player mode :)

You should make this a entry to greenlight!

@Eric Dean Nah it's ok. When I started creating this game I wanted to experiment with specific features : Endless level, RPG and High-score. I mixed them together and it gave this game. The gameplay is Action RPG, but the goal of the game is to get the highest score possible, not to explore various environments.

This game is great! I personally like it just the way it is. (I got to level 30!)
FlameCheese  [author] 19 Jan, 2013 @ 5:12pm
Haha thanks, I could add outside and towns if I want, but it's not part of the concept of the game.
merrydukes 17 Jan, 2013 @ 8:01pm
This game is amazing, but I think it could be better with harder to navigate terrain.

@omerlen100 You must possess GM:Studio on Steam. Click on the green Subscribe button. When you start GM:Studio with Steam, select Play and the game should be in a list on the left ^^

hi i am new on this thing so how i can play it
Exist 16 Jan, 2013 @ 9:30pm
great game the wizard seams a bit useless at the start of the game but i geuss the wizard is really ment to be a more ranged class and id like to say im good at a range but im not really that good. the warior is a nice balanced class that i prefer it can do some damage while it can still take a hit, this is my prefered class. and then theres the barbarian the barbarians a good fighter but if your cornered your gonna take some damage. overall its an awesome game and its great that u have different choices of class for different play styles. good work

This game is absolutely amazing. It is a great example for the fact that graphics don't matter. The only fault I could find is that the game lags at some points. Other than that, I had alot of fun!
FlameCheese  [author] 16 Jan, 2013 @ 9:56am
Thanks for your feedback Ghilea, I'll look into those balance issues. Do you think the healing made things too easy? Should the player recover less health when using the ability? Some grass and stuff would indeed make the environment more attractive.
Ghilea 16 Jan, 2013 @ 12:59am
I tried the wizard and it’s a bit hard to not lose any extra life until you get the heal ability, after that I could run into everyone and kill them with ease. But if you play safe and slow it’s easy to not lose any life.

Some balance needs to be made. I end up with only using the first and the second skill when I progressed to level 30 a few times. The other skills you get are more or less worthless compared to magic missile. Magic missile do more than double amount of damage then the other offensive skills (except for the last death skill) and they are much slower too. Because I could kill every enemy less than 2 seconds I thought that the death skill was just not worth it.
I think I had a glitch too.

When I were around level 26 the ground under me disappeared.

Could become a nice little game and it’s on the right path but I want to see some more variation on the surroundings, make grass or moss. It becomes a bit boring with only dirt.

how do u play it?
Draiic 11 Jan, 2013 @ 9:01pm
Sent :) And I slipped in again as the Knight and saw what was supposed to happen. Maybe I was literally on the edge where you'd start to fall but the game saved it there somehow? I'm not sure. I was the Wizard the first time I played and got to lv15 :)
FlameCheese  [author] 11 Jan, 2013 @ 8:54pm
About your infinite falling in the lava, I'm sorry about that but it shouldn't be happening, since the respawn position is saved when touching the ground =/
Draiic 11 Jan, 2013 @ 8:50pm
Played the Knight up to lv30, which I found is the cap. I have some screenshots for you, too! :D I liked the top Knight ability, I got a good screen of it! Maybe you could use it as a part of your game's gallery?
Draiic 11 Jan, 2013 @ 7:21pm
I'd say there was a light learning curve, so my first game failed miserably and I had to start over! I feel it was an average time to level 15. Not too long and not too short. It seemed getting new spells or increased points toward attack, defense and magic felt a tad slow, but then again, it did feel balanced enough being as slow as it was.

I would like to point out that when you die, your lives get chunked down (as is supposed to) BUT you respawn right where you died. So my first attempt, when I slipped into lava by accident, I kept respawning above the pit and falling right back in again. If the lives were numerical rather than hearts, I would have gone to probably -15 lives before I finally ESC'd out :)

Wouldn't mind having co-op mode be accessible via tcp/ip or some other form of connection rather than two people on the same keyboard :)

Any other questions, feel free :) I like beta testing little games like this!
FlameCheese  [author] 11 Jan, 2013 @ 7:08pm
Yes Draiic I can add options for 1,2,3,4,5 I agree this would be helpful. Do you consider it was long reaching level 15? I didn't had time to test a full play myself actually.
Draiic 11 Jan, 2013 @ 5:55pm
Level 15, score at 15065 before I had to quit out for food :) Pretty fun! Swapping spells is a little weird, could you possibly add options to add 1,2,3,4, et c. for spell swapping (like pressing 1-5 on keyboard)? And volume control for the music, while its good, its loud xD
