Maybe you could remove the googles from Technicians helmet and replace them with night vision googles (on top of his helmet)

This is great! It kinda weirds me out that pointman and technician have the same model, so I was thinking maybe replace one of them to a different model with the same "Russian" look? How about the US recon from BF3? Not Russian but they look similar, other than that this is an amazing mod :)
