Sadly, all my mods that use light models have to be remade to prevent crashing. Worse, I forgot to save some of the files for this and other older mods.
Right now, I've temporarily removed the light model for Callie to prevent any further crashes.

Hey I wanted to report that with the Last Stand update, the game crashes when the Callie model is loaded on the first stage of The Passing campaign. I was also able to trigger a crash on the Tumtara test map by pressing the button to change the survivor model's pose/animation.

Are you able to reproduce this issue on your end as well?

You mean, could I use the improved Squid Sisterss models from Gmod/SFM? I can't do that, since those are custom models made by the community.

Can you make this a new model instead of replacing the original model?
