Ok I was perhaps a bit harsh... It has the makings of a good course. There is a lot of decent parts to it but as a quiz I don't think it works unfortunately.

I find this game rage inducing enough at times as it is, with maps that are difficult or simply dont make sense.

Did you take a lesson in english, then think you could use the example questions they gave you during classes, designed for native speaking 5yr olds and think that this, combined with a normal (very poorly mapped) golf course would suit?
